Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may claim refund or exchange but only for Courses no certificate refund allowed. Please see below for more information on our Refund Policy.

RETURNS

You can claim refund within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an course, please email customer service at info@courseline.co.uk to obtain a claim your refund (within 14 days ).

REFUNDS

After receiving your email we will inspect your query, after approve. We will process your refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Hard Copy Certificate & Transcript
• Premium Certificate & Transcript

Please Note

• We do not accept certificate refunds
• If you got your refund for courses we will remove your the course from your account
