    Hospitality Assessor Course Review
    3

Course Title and Target Audience: The title “Hospitality Assessor” suggests that the course is aimed at individuals looking to assess hospitality businesses, similar to an NVQ Assessor. However, the course content seems to target a broader audience, including both beginners and experienced professionals in hospitality management. Clarifying the intended audience in the course description could help set clearer expectations.

Content Quality and Consistency: While the course offers valuable insights, particularly in the sections on the introduction to hospitality and types of hotel and other hospitality businesses, I noticed some inconsistencies. Certain sections appear disconnected, and the sudden changes in tense and audience address can be confusing. This inconsistency affects the overall flow and professionalism of the course material.

Credibility of Information: Some information presented in the course lacks proper backing and appears to be lifted from other texts without citation. Ensuring that all content is well-researched and properly referenced would greatly enhance the credibility and reliability of the course.

Certificate Charges: Additionally, I believe that charging for the certificate upon completion of the course is not ideal. Providing the certificate as part of the course fee would add significant value and encourage more students to complete the course.

I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the course for future students. Thank you for providing a platform for continuous learning and development.
