The Personal Assistant course covers a wide range of skills required for a successful career as a PA or secretary. Students will learn about job functions, telephone skills, mail services, shipping, travel arrangements, organizing meetings, time management, and keeping accurate records. The course covers administrative skills, office management and supervision, budgets and managing money, dealing with difficult people and conflict resolution, business ethics for the office, and business etiquette.
