Good introduction into recruitment, providing information about the importance of effective recruitment and methods of ensuring this. Only issue I had was one of the questions for the quiz that I chose was marked wrong when it was clearly right. The question was what was the purpose of an interview, my chosen answer was to assess the candidate’s suitability of the role.
