Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) course will help you to learn how to identify and change destructive thought patterns that have a negative influence on behaviour and emotions. These spontaneous negative thoughts have a detrimental influence on mood. Through CBT, these thoughts are identified, challenged, and replaced with more objective, realistic thoughts.” The instructor of this course, Prof. Krishna N. Sharma, was the youngest Vice Chancellor at Victoria University in Uganda and is a 8 times world record holding educator, researcher and prolific author. He’s published over 150 books, among which, more than 40 were best-sellers. Moreover, students from over 180 countries enrol in his courses and can speak more than 50 languages. He is also a TEDx speaker whose specialty consists of health, wellness and spirituality. When designing this course, we knew that all our students wouldn’t have an equal amount of understanding of the subject matter and therefore, we designed this course under the assumption that you have no prior knowledge of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at all.
